ADD Hotel School Officially Starts in Hurghada – Shaping the Future of Hospitality Education in Egypt

Hurghada, Egypt – October 14, 2025ADD Properties – Hospitality, a proud member of Sami Saad Holding, celebrated the official launch of ADD Hotel School and the start of its first academic year in Hurghada. The school welcomed its first cohort of 25 students, marking a milestone in Egypt’s education and tourism sectors. Under the council of the Ministry of Education, ADD Hotel School introduces Egypt’s first three-year accredited Hospitality Baccalaureate, practiced and based on the successful Austrian apprenticeship model. Implemented in collaboration with Tourism School Salzburg in Austria and NASS Academy, the program combines academic excellence with hands-on training, preparing students to meet international standards in hospitality.

The opening ceremony was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Education of Egypt and NASS Academy, alongside Mr. Lars Geweyer, CEO of ADD Properties – Hospitality; Mr. Mounir Ichoudane, Corporate Director of HR; and members of ADD management team. The event featured a warm welcome party, inspiring speeches, and a shared vision to empower Egypt’s next generation of hospitality leaders.

The Hospitality Baccalaureate Program offers a three-year internationally accredited qualification that blends academic study with hands-on training at Steigenberger ALDAU Resort in Hurghada. The program includes on-campus accommodation, English-language instruction, monthly allowances, and guaranteed career placement upon graduation.
